Asia’s richest businessman Mukesh Ambani bought the famous Stoke Park in Great Britain.

According to Indian media reports, Mukesh Ambani’s company Reliance Industries Limited has bought Stoke Park Limited for $79 million.

A deal to buy Stoke Park with a UK-based unit of Reliance Industries, which owns a hotel, sports and entertainment facilities in Buckinghamshire, will further add to Reliance’s assets, the report said.

Although Stoke Park has more than 900 years of history, it was used as a private residence until 1908, according to its official website.

With 49 luxurious bedrooms and suites, a golf course, 13 tennis courts and 14 acres of private gardens, the property attracts wealthy tourists.

Stoke Park has also been used for the filming of two James Bond films, the Netflix series ‘Bridget Jones’s Diary’ and ‘The Crown‘.

The property’s rolling golf course has been famous since James Bond played a game there in 1964 with Orc Goldfinger.
